There will be no problems with fuel and vehicles for medical emergencies

It was promised by the Head of the Health Department of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration Roman Shnitser at the briefing for journalists.

"At least 55% of the ambulance fleet in Transcarpathia needs replacing. In particular, there is a shortage of "C" class vehicles. – the head of the Department of Health said. – The regional government allocated about 30 million hryvnias to purchase "B" and "C" class vehicles. We will buy only quality vehicles "Mercedes", "Peugeot" and "Ford". This money will be enough for 29 quality vehicles."

 Roman Shnitser said that nowadays the emergency medical care in the region is provided with fuel, medicines, supplies and equipment. There is a fuel reserve, so in January and February, when the procurement of gasoline for 2014 takes place, there will not be any problems with the fuel.
