Will Serhiy Ratushniak be an honored resident of Uzhgorod?

September 20th, 2013 at 10:00, in the Great Hall of the Executive Committee there will be the second plenary meeting of the XIX session of Uzhgorod City Council of the VI convocation by order of the mayor of Uzhgorod V. Pogorelov "On the convening of the second plenary meeting of the XIX session of Uzhgorod City Council of the VI convocation" dd. 10.09.2013 No. 344 
"One of the phenomenal draft decisions proposed to the deputies is a draft of 05.09.13 "On conferring the title of "Honorary Citizen of Uzhgorod" (Ratushniak)."
That is, the proposed draft decision offers to "crown" the former mayor – Serhiy Ratushniak – as an honorary citizen of the city of Uzhgorod" – human rights activist Vitaliy Gregor wrote on his facebook page, attaching a photocopy of the draft decision of the session.
