In July this year, founders of the "Mahazyn Vzuttya" LLC, located on Korzo street, appealed to the prosecutor’s office in Uzhgorod. They complained that the chairman of the company had forged the minutes of the general meeting of members where it was decided to liquidate the said company.
In particular, the founders of "Mahazyn Vzuttya" LLC reported the illegal disposition of property at Korzo st., 17, which was done without a general meeting of founders, and their illegal dismissal from the administrative positions. Therefore, the above actions have caused damage to members of the said company.
The committed offenses were registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigation on the grounds of criminal offenses under Part 1 of Art. 358 (forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents, stamps, seals), Part 1 of Art. 191 (misappropriation, embezzlement, or obtaining of properrty through abuse of office) and Part 1 of Art.172 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (gross violation of labor laws).Pre-trial investigation is currently ongoing, the Prosecutor’s Office keeps it under control.
