Sweet fair: from honey kvass to honey soap (PHOTOS)

Yesterday, the three-day festival "Honey Savior" was officially opened in the regional center, where in addition to honey, you can taste and buy mead, honey and cherry wine, honey kvass, grapes, Transcarpathian gingerbread…

As for honey, there are all kinds of it here: buckwheat, acacia, Maisky, herbal, propolis, linden honey, honey from sunflowers and royal jelly.

There was plenty of sweet and tasty goods, but on one of the tables we noticed something not edible, but quite appetizing in appearance and smell. At the "Honey Savior" our attention was caught by a table with handmade soap, where the flavors of warm milk, honey linden, strawberries with cream, almonds and the soap "Honey Savior" beckoned with their sweet and natural flavors to come and look at them closer.

We asked the author about the process of making this soap.

It is made of vegetable oils: palm, coconut and olive oils, as well as milk, juice or coffee.

You can wash with this soap or make a gift to family and friends. This natural pleasure can be bought at this year’s "Honey Savior" for 35 UAH per piece.

Also at the sweet holiday, you can observe the hive with hundreds of live bees, who "demonstrate" how they work.
