Someone parked in the green zone on Uralska street, near Poshtova Square.

The photo of this violator was published by a City Hall employee – Oleksandr Puhlyk, who works as a public relations specialist in the organizational department of Uzhgorod City Council.

So, as we can see, violators surround the City Hall.But, so far, only Uzhgorod residents and journalists take notice of violators…
