Railing instead of… pull-up bar? (Photo)

This picture could have been observed recently, on Pravoslavna embankment opposite the building of the Consulate General of the Republic of Hungary in Uzhgorod. It is not known whether the rails have fallen by themselves, or someone helped and decided to work out, confusing them with pull-up bars (for those who do not know they are a little further). Anyway, the unfortunate railing was fenced with striped ribbon and a few days later we found it already straightened.

But for how long? Because, according to our observations, it does not "stand on its feet" very firmly. And patrols should monitor the embankment more often. Maybe they will catch some "gymnast" red-handed.
