The head of the Regional State Administration formed a permanent working group to check the economic feasibility of tariffs for housing and communal services in towns and villages of Transcarpathian region. The relevant order was signed by the governor on July 11. The Commission shall examine whether the current rates for services in settlements of the region match the costs of provision thereof. It is clear that any reduction of tariffs is out of the question, on the contrary, the working group may give "green" light to their increase.
The working group to check the economic feasibility of tariffs for housing and communal services includes mainly governor’s subordinates. The chairman of the group is the First Deputy Governor Igor Svyshcho.
