From 2 to 6 of July, in Slovak city of Presov there was a prestigious international youth football tournament "Fragaria Cup – 2013". Pupils of Uzhgorod children sport school presented in three age groups (born in 2002, 2004 and 2005) also participated in the competition. Uzhgorod boys, sponsored by the head of the public association "Uzhgorod is my city" Volodymyr Chubirko, did quite well: teams of 2002 and 2005 categories did fourth in their groups, and the team of 2004 category, having lost in the final to Minsk "Dynamo", became the silver medalist of the competition.
Among Uzhgorod players, the most distinguished were Oleksandr Cherevka, recognized as the top scorer of the competition (22 goals), as well as Yevhen Kichun, Stanislav Koval and Arseniy Oros included in the dream team of the tournament.
