An unusual billboard appeared literally 50 meters from the Transcarpathian Regional Office of the Party of Regions in the village of Barvinok.
The poster depicts a horse with an inscription "Stable-man! Demand to return our money to the community of Transcarpathia, or tear down this board. Transcarpathians."
Stable-man is an informal nickname given to the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ledyda for his passion for horse breeding at his "governor’s" "Zolota Hora" range located in Barvinok.
Recently, in the cities of Transcarpathia, billboards have appeared in which the president is required to return to local budgets the money that was illegally withdrawn by the Treasury. Because of that, the work of local authorities is basically paralyzed.
These posters were mostly torn down or painted over.
But in Uzhgorod, in particular on Hrushevsky street, the board demanding to return 30 million, signed "the city community", is still hanging.
