Homemade cheeses and cheese dishes were tasted at the festival of “Milk River” at Velykyy Bereznyy district

The festival did not lack brynza (lamb cheese) and cheese lumps and cottage cheese. There were dishes made with cheese. The participants of "Milk River" have prepared special tents with stoves where one could cook the food and reveal the secrets of Velykyy Bereznyy culinary arts to the visitors.
