To turn the city into a thriving garden – … with a garbage site (PHOTOS)

As promised, the "Miracle Eco-Trash Container number 1" has been opened in Uzhgorod: three containers are now living right in a picturesque garden, closed with the elegant gates, there is a sorting station nearby – the first one in the city.

Actually, the art trash container is also the first in Uzhgorod. It was invented and implemented in the framework of the "Mustard Seed" project, because they see a social mission. Not just anything, but to turn Uzhgorod into a blooming garden. And they believe that it should start with trash containers. The containers face the design of the fence (made by designer Marian Stehura who believes that there is no bad place for art). Mr. Ivan is the manager of the site, he removes and delivers the containers and is responsible for sorting station: sorted waste (paper, glass, plastic, and bulbs and batteries), will be recycled.

Start with small things and prove your love to the city – Valeriy Pastukhov, the technical director of "AVE-Uzhgorod" encourages to care about cleanliness and not to throw garbage anywhere. The spokesman for the "Mustard Seed" Oleksandr Popovich said: initiators and authors of the art container site dream to spread the idea – to care about cleanliness and to encourage citizens to dispose trash properly – to Uzhgorod businessmen. This is the message of the project, which was implemented only by and at the expense of the "Mustard Seed". We’ll see what happens next, but already now we will bring waste suitable for recycling here – on Fedynets street, to the "Miracle Eco-Trash Container number 1", near the "Mustard Seed".
