On Friday, June 14, in the Great Hall of the Regional State Administration there were celebrations of the Day of Medical Worker. The best healthcare professionals were congratulated by the Head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ledyda, the regional council chairman Ivan Baloha, the Head of the Regional Health Department Roman Shnitser.
Chief doctors, heads of district administrations, leading doctors and nurses received congratulations from the regional government on the occasion of the Day of Medical Worker.
– Let me congratulate you on your professional holiday. A doctor is not just a job, its a calling. Thank you very much for your hard work. In Transcarpathian region a number of programs is implemented, through which we managed to update the logistics of many medical institutions, to introduce modern methods of treatment. We keep working work in this direction, – Oleksandr Ledyda said.
Also on the Day of Medical Worker, diplomas of the Regional State Administration were given to Victoria Bilak-Lukyanchuk, Tetyana Handych, Pavlo Pauk, Olga Siladi, Andryiana Yankovska.
The awards of the Transcarpathian Regional Council and Regional State Administration – breastplates "For the development of the region" – were given to Ivan Kurakh, Lyubov Bondarenko, Anton Horzov, Ivan Malesh, Mykola Rishko and Volodymyr Stoika.
