Uzhgorod Branch of the Foundation of Regional Initiatives suggest several activities that are not to be missed in June in Transcarpathia.
June 22 – "The evening of fragile poetry and music." The performance by a girl from Lutsk, Katya Piu (Katya Pochapynska) – a girl who trusts a piano her innermost emotions, and it matches her affection. This music is a minimalism filled with maximum drive and feelings. It is this seemingly oxymoronic feature that makes Katya Piu’s art unusual and insightful.
June 26 – the second Uzhgorod "Literary bombing." This time we will bomb Uzhgorod with literature outdoors near the Nevitsky castle. Good poetry, music, beloved books – everything a true connoisseur of literature needs for a good holiday.
Also within the "Literary bombing", there will be two lectures at the "FRI literary school." At the "LB" we, as always, will present our favorite books, recite poems, sing songs, and do "poetic dances" around the campfire!
