It has been 4 years since I finished school, but the issue of sidewalk on Koshitska street is still relevant. On May 29, I finally saw road repairs. Near the "Svitanok" tourist center and modern "Ilko Gallery", they patched the holes. Drivers are partially satisfied. But I – as a pedestrian – am not, because they have forgotten about sidewalks.
There is no such thing as "sidewalk" (above the "Svitanok") at all – on one side, a tall and thick grass grows, and where it does not – there are piles of rubbish and stones. There is no way to go – no sidewalk. And in this neighborhood, the state establishment "Rehabilitation" of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" and the UzhNU, where people from all over the region and Ukraine come to, are situated. More atmosphere – in the "Photo Gallery".
Conclusion – in Uzhgorod, they fix up only main streets, and minor ones remain unattended. Although, even the road sign on the main street, Svoboda Avenue, is overgrown, which also attracts attention…
