Transcarpathian theatre invites to meet “Aunt Charlie”

May 26, at 18.00, there will be the premiere of the musical play in 2 acts "Hello, I am your aunt."

          Brilliant farcical play "Aunt Charlie" was written by the English playwright Brandon Thomas in 1892, and in 1893, it was staged in London for the first time.

             In the Transcarpathian Regional Musical and Drama Theater the play titled "Auntie Charleya" based on the play of B.Thomas was staged in 1988 by the Honored Artist of Ukraine Yu. Horulya (set designer – V. Hres).

The director of the new play is People’s Artist of Ukraine Anatoly Filippov.
