On Svoboda Avenue, near the cafe "Dyvo" in Uzhgorod, the lamp has been looking like this for about a week. One of the bulbs was probably smashed by local vandals.
From time to time, they damage wood and metal sculptures which are located here. The sculpture of the pig in front of the pizzeria could not stand the "misfortune", so it peels.
And, nobody cares. This situation will discourage the tourists to take pictures on the Avenue.
