Irshava City Executive Council decided where people can place ads and information on paper. It was decided to install the billboard on Gagarin street (on the side wall of the former department store at the bus station) and on the stand near Irshava District Center of Children’s Art.
The City Hall also do not mind if people agree with the owners of shops and cafes to place ads in the windows.
Also they banned to post any advertising and informational announcements on electrical line posts, trees, fences and so on.
