After pink sakura, pink chestnuts have blossomed in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

In Uzhgorod, chestnuts are in full bloom. Both the traditional – white – and pink ones. Several of those grow on Sobranetska street, on embankments, in the center on Koryatovich street.

Thus, pink Oriental cherries are being replaced with chestnuts symbolic for Kyiv.

And sakura’s blossoming period meanwhile is already ending, pink petals are gradually falling down, covering the ground.
