Over two days in Transcarpathia four cars were burning (PHOTOS)

The first report came to Khust district rescue service on April 24 at 3:45. The fire originated in a garage in the village of Horinchevo, on Zhukov street. The fire was reported by neighbors who had seen smoke coming out of the garage. The rescuers immediately left for the place of call.

Due to late notification of the fire, by the time the fire-fighters arrived, the car Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which was in the garage, as well the garage itself and the house had already caught fire. 

Officers of the state fire and rescue unit number 10 of Khust completely extinguished the fire in a little over an hour. The car could not be saved. Also the fire damaged part of the roof of the garage, the facade of the house and one window.

Another report came to rescue service of Transcarpathia on the same day at 14:37. This time, in Uzhgorod, on Stantsiyna street a car Volkswagen Pointer was burning. Fire-fighters of the State fire and rescue unit number 14 managed to eliminate the fire in just 5 minutes.

The fire partially damaged the engine compartment and the engine of the car.

The third fire was reported to Vynogradiv rescuers on April 24 at 18:20. In the village of Pidvynogradiv on Sportyvna street a digger "ATLAS-1404" was burning.

The fire was extinguished before the arrival of fire units. The fire damaged the engine bay of the excavator.

And on April 25 at 11:24 in Mukachevo on Pryashivska street a truck "FAV" caught fire.The owner of the vehicle reported the fire. Within minutes, two fire-fighters teams of the State Fire and Rescue units number 18 and number 19 arrived at the scene. The fire was extinguished in 10 minutes.

The fire destroyed interior of the truck and damaged the cockpit, cargo bay and part of the engine compartment.

Causes of the fires and the damages done are being estableshed.
