By popular demand of drivers, who for the second day have to drive on the right-bank part of the regional center, uzhgorod.in sends a special "thank you" (direct speech is not present because it contains mostly not normative lexicon) to the Uzhgorod Mayor Victor Pogorelov and recently appointed new head of the public utility "AgroMix" Victor Martyn.

Seemingly a good thing – trees pruning and street lighting setting on one of the central streets of the city – Sobranetska – they do in such a manner that city residents will remember it for a long time.

For the second day in a row there have been numerous traffic jams in the city center, and even car accidents.One reader recently informed that at the lunch break he drove from Koryatovich square to the fourth school for 40 (!) minutes.

Probably, Uzhgorod governors have never heard or suspected that works can be performed locally without blocking all traffic, and also early in the morning and after the official working hours, as it is done in the civilized world.
