In Velyky Berezny they have not created the conditions for the development of funeral business

As uzhgorod.in previously reported, Transcarpathian regional territorial office of the Antimonopoly Committee conducts comprehensive research of the funeral parlors market in Transcarpathia. The research revealed that in some localities of Transcarpathia there is no funeral service.

Now Transcarpathian regional territorial office of the Antimonopoly Committee is concluding its consideration of the case against the executive committee of Velyky Berezny town council. Velyky Berezny is one of the settlements where there is no funeral service.

As the Office established, the executive committee in violation of the laws have not created a funeral service, have not set the price of funeral services and have not compiled their required minimum list. Thus, entities that wish to operate in this market can not conclude with the funeral service contracts for provision of funeral services.

Currently, the Office is completing the case.
