Last year, Transcarpathian prosecution to oversee compliance with the laws in the transport sector took a series of measures aimed at boosting activities in representing the citizens and the state in court.
Over the last year Transcarpathian prosecution to oversee compliance with the laws in the transport sector filed 9 law suits in the public interest for a total of 577,000 UAH. Also they filed two claims on land relations totaling 344,000 UAH, following the consideration of which, 282,000 UAH worth of land was actually returned.
In addition, the Commercial Court of the Transcarpathian region granted two claims by Transcarpathian prosecutors to oversee compliance with the laws in the transport sector in the public interest to the Private Enterprise "Outdoor Shark" to recover the debt in the amount of about 27,000 UAH, which has already been paid by the defendant in full.
