Anyone can get a tuberculosis, from a professor or a businessman to a migrant worker or a homeless. However, tubercle bacillus primarily affects people with weakened immune systems, malnourished, living in poor conditions and poor health culture. Three-quarters of patients are from this social stratum of the population. Half of them are migrant workers, young people of 25-45 years.
It should be remembered that a routine biennial x-ray examination would allow to timely detect a dangerous disease and treat it effectively.
