“Zakarpathaz” has been fined 10,000

Transcarpathian regional territorial office of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined "Zakarpathaz" PJSC 10,000 UAH for abuse of dominance. 

As the ACU established, the company conducted the test of a commercial gas meter station of an NGO, its dismantling and extraordinary calibration in breach of the Rules of natural gas metering. As a result, "Zakarpahaz" PJSC billed the public organization more than 76,000 UAH for transported and consumed natural gas. For the committed violation, the Defendant in the case must pay to the state budget 10,000 UAH and recalculate the Consumer’s invoice for the consumed gas in accordance with applicable law.
