The tax service consider the possibility of imposing sanctions for producers of payment transactions registers that will not update the equipment by July 1.This was informed by the "Kommersant-Ukraine".
Reportedly, so far only three major manufacturers have filed for registration of new versions of cash machines, and others are planning to do so in February and March.Trade market participants complain that except for additional costs for businesses, the accounting reform will do nothing, the publication writes.
Thus, by July 1, entities must put new cash registers or upgrade old ones to meet the requirements of the tax service. Afterwards, the service will impose fines on outlets for the absence of new machines in the amount of ten times the minimum income (170 UAH).
According to the Director of tax control department of the STS Serhiy Krukhmalyov, about 70% of service centers, which should connect cash registers to the system and the perform initial registration thereof, are convinced that the electronic system will not be put into effect.
He therefore urged the manufacturers of cash registers "to conduct preventive talks with their centers and explain that the absence of a cash machine in the registry is their shortcoming."
