In Mukachevo a man died on the market. They say an ambulance arrived too late

Just yesterday the head of the Transcarpathian Health Department Roman Shnitser conducted a briefing on reorganization of emergency services. They also noted that Transcarpathia was one of the few regions of the country, which undertook to fully fulfill the Cabinet’s decision on the reform of this service, that the region was working to develop uniform standards for emergency care. And now a resident of Mukachevo Lyudmila Bandurchak reported on her Facebook page: "Today my colleague and I witnessed an unpleasant situation. Walking past the green market, we saw lots of people, police and ambulance and a dead man. According to witnesses, the man became suddenly ill, but they failed to save him, because the ambulance had been traveling too long. The man was about 50 years old".
