Currently, there are nine ambulances in Uzhgorod. As the Head of the Health Department of Transcarpathian Regional Administration Roman Shnitser noted today, January 24, at the press center, they need to be redistributed in order to ensure more effective service.
That is, some of them should remain at the station near the airport, and others should be moved to a new substation – in the "bedroom suburb" of the city.
Most likely, the station will be situated at the prenatal clinic on 8 Bereznya street. This will ensure quick respond to the call, and significantly save time and fuel.
