In Ukraine 190 people have suffered from hypothermia and frostbite. This was reported by the Ukrainian scientific center of emergency medical care and medicine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. According to the report, 162 people were taken to hospitals.
Since December 1, 2012 as of 8:00 today, 37 people have died of hypothermia.
