The speaker of the Parliament of the last convocation and the head of the group for the preparation of the new Parliament work, Volodymyr Lytvyn, closed the morning session of the Parliament.
The break was announced to form factions and to determine representatives of the Counting Commission.
The Parliament will continue working at 16.00.
