Legal aspects of medical law will be discussed in Uzhgorod

On Monday, December 10 at 11.00, at the press center of the Health Department (Teatralna sq., 6, Regional Health Center) there will be a briefing on the occasion of International Human Rights Day and the National week of law.

The following participants will tell reporters on the legal aspects of medical law, relationships, responsibilities and duties of a patient and a doctor: 

Roman SHNITSER – Head of the Health Department of Transcarpathian Regional Administration and Mykhailo KUZYO – a specialist in medical law, teacher of the Institute of Postgraduate Education, the Department of Public Health, a member of the NGO Foundation for Medical Law and Biotech of Ukraine, head of the NGO "Transcarpathian human rights organization" VERITAS ".
