In Vinogradiv the driver, who hit a pensioner, gave in to the police

Yesterday, a 31-year-old Arthur came to Vinogradiv police officers and reported that he had committed an accident. 

The police found out that at around 18:00 the guy driving the car "ZAZ" hit a 65-year old pensioner who died from the injuries at the scene of the accident. 

The car wa detained and placed on impound lot.
