The procedure for return of train tickets will be corrected.
A draft of the oreder of the Ministry of Infrastructure "On amendments to the rules of the carriage of passengers, baggage, freight and mail by railway transport of Ukraine" was posted on the official website of the Ministry.
The draft order changes the rules for return of travel documents after the departure of the train, informed the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Return of travel documents after the departure of the train will be carried out upon the presentation of the document certifying the identity of the person whose name appears on the travel document.
If the ticket is returned less than 9 hours before the departure of the train, the fare will be refunded in full, but without the cost of reserved seat.
After the departure of the train, but no more than an hour after its departure, the passenger will be refunded 10% of the ticket and reserved seat cost.
