A rehabilitation and training center for disabled children opened in Transcarpathia (VIDEO)

In Transcarpathia the first rehabilitation and training center for children with disabilities opened. It was erected at the expense of foreign patrons. They not only helped with money, but worked on the construction. The institution is designed for children aged three to twelve years. The two-story building is equipped with an elevator and special furniture.
