Transcarpathian region is ready for the heating season, Regional State Administration assured

On Thursday, October 11, this was reported during the briefing by the head of the regional department of housing Vasyl Romanets.

Preparation of housing and communal services for the heating season 2012-2013 began immediately after the end of the last season. During this period the housing stock and public sector facilities which had had no self-heating, were rearranged for individual system and thus prepared for this year’s autumn-winter period.

– Head of the Administration issued the order "On the commencement of the heating season 2012 – 2013", – said Vasyl Romanets. – If the air temperature for three days does not exceed 8 degrees Celsius, local authorities must ensure the commencement of heating season in the respective localities.

Already today, due to lower temperatures, the heat will be served in the houses and public sector facilities of Mizhhirya region – informed the press center of RSA.
