Deputy Mayor of Uzhgorod Vitaliy Semal has been released from custody

Today at the session of Uzhgorod City Council this was announced by the mayor of Uzhgorod Victor Pogorelov.

Deputies greeted the news with applause. But they still are going to make an appeal on this situation to the police.

2 days ago the Deputy Mayor of Uzhgorod Semal was arrested for abuse of power or authority.
