In Uzhgorod the state register of voters will be discussed

October 1, 2012 at 13.00 at the conference hall of hotel-restaurant complex "Duet Plus" (Uzhgorod,  Koshitska st., 6), a roundtable on "Observance of fundamental principles of the State Register of Voters: problems, prospects and recommendations" will be held.
   Organizers – Ukrainian NGO "Center for Civil Initiatives" as part of the Coalition of election initiatives "DZVIN" – invites representatives of print and electronic media to come to the event.
During the roundtable, experts, officials of the State Register of Voters, as well as representatives of political parties will discuss the functioning of the system and principles of State register of voters, determine their recommendations on how to improve them.
During the roundtable the participants will pay the particular attention to the establishment of cooperation between authorities of the State Register and journalists. Event will be moderated by Volodymyr Pinkovskyy  (Kyiv), an expert on the State register of voters.
