Children’s Alpine Movement of Ukraine celebrated the anniversary of the state

"Children’s Alpine Movement of Ukraine" on the country’s independence day traditionally honors the memory of V.Chornovil. Young climbers accompanied by adults climb up to the highest mountain of Ukraine.

Oleksandr Stefanovich posted pictures of this year’s festival on his page in the Facebook network, adding the comment: "Those who liked President Kuchma, on August 24 were walking along Khreschatyk and those who loved Ukraine on that day ascended to the top of the Carpathians with the flag of independent Ukraine. Those who liked President Yushchenko, on August 24 also were walking along Khreschatyk … And "Children’s Alpine Movement of Ukraine" on the Independence Day traditionally honors the memory of the Hero of Ukraine Chornovil, who gave all that he had, for the independence of our Ukraine."
