Volodymyr Smolanka will be training world leading medical workers in Leeds

The renowned neurosurgeon was invited as a training specialist for special courses in the UK.

This weekend the best doctors from around the world gathered in the British city of Leeds. Special courses once again are organized by Association of Neurosurgical Societies, informs the "Stary Zamok".

The only Ukrainian among participants is Volodymyr Smolanka from Transcarpathia. Moreover, he is not just a trainee but also a trainer who will share experiences with colleagues from around the world.

At the courses Volodymyr Smolanka will deliver 6 lectures in English and lead discussion groups on topics of spinal pathologies.

Overall, 250 neurosurgeons will participate in the courses.
