Powerful military complex of the Second World War period, the Arpad line in Transcarpathia will be returned to life. This time – for peaceful purposes. Bunkers, tunnels, underground barracks, barbed wire and concrete single infantry positions are not only attraction, but the memorial of the war years. Objects, built by Hungarians in the last century, became places of pilgrimage for hundreds of tourists. Most of them are from Hungary. Negotiations with the Hungarian side to restore the section of Arpad line are being held in the village of Lopukhovo in Tyachiv district.
