Eight Transcarpathians who were affected in an accident in Pskov, and those who last Friday were taken by plane to their homeland, now under the treatment in medical establishment of the region. Four patients are in the regional hospital. According to the chief doctor Yuriy Yatsyn, two patients will be transferred for the further treatment to their place of residence in Khust hospital. And two will remain for operations. All the patients are provided with the necessary medicines for treatment.
According to Associate Professor of Neurosurgery, UzhNU Medical Faculty Yuriy Chomoliak three patients are being treated now in the regional center of Neurosurgery and Neurology. One more patient was taken to Uzhgorod central city hospital in the department of maxillofacial surgery for the operation.
