At a meeting of the Executive Committee this Wednesday, August 1, the decision was made ‘On the distribution of materials of the election campaign’ according to which the placement of the election campaigning information is allowed only in the specially identified areas.
A comprehensive list of them is provided in the document: the existing advertising and informational pedestals, billboards, message boards, fences of construction sites and businesses (with the consent of the owner), located in public places (the list of them is available online at the link: http://rada-uzhgorod.gov.ua/download/v/agitacija.pdf).
The Department of Municipal Economy is obliged to ensure the organization of works and control over ordering of booths and bulletin boards on territory of the city – informs the press service of Uzhgorod city council.
