Uzhgorod citizen turned to Uzhgorod Police Department with a statement yesterday at 10 p.m. that unknown man showed his genitalia to juvenile daughter on 8th-March Street not far from the lake at 8 p.m.
Volodymyr A. (1945 year of birth), pensioner was detained by law enforcement officers of 3002 ‘M’ military unit.
