Uzhgorod: Way to the round the clock water supply passes through the Cyprus offshore?

According to the documents, obtained by online edition Zakarpattya online, Victor Pogorelov and Uzhgorod "Regions" (members of the party of regions) with the support of the "regionals"-led "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" and assistance of "regional" authorities, are giving the enterprise, designed to provide clean drinking water to Uzhgorod, to a "muddy" offshore company registered in Cyprus.

The "hottest" issue in today’s 13th session of the Uzhgorod city council was the problem of water. As a result, Mayor Victor Pogorelov and the "regional" majority of the City Council managed to promote the decision on granting consent to conclude a contract on joint activity with LLC "Utility Systems of Ukraine".

Zakarpattya online got interested as to who will, after all, the current "regional" power of the regional center of Transcarpathia give the communal property of Uzhgorod and income from its exploitation to. And the result of the searches in this direction has turned out to be very interesting.

It turns out, that the above mentioned LLC "Utility Systems of Ukraine" has become "famous" for its work only in two small towns of Ukraine – Smile and Shepetovka. There is no sense in comparing these towns with Uzhgorod, but the fact that in Smile and Shepetovka the specified Ltd., according to the contracts, promises to invest a total of 80 million hryvnia, while in Uzhgorod – only 30, makes the whole case interesting. We didn’t succeed in finding any positive opinions about the activity of this company on the Internet. But we found a lot of negative things on the forums.

Naturally, in the context of Uzhgorod events, the question arose about the founders of the future co-owner of the Uzhgorod water supply company (Vodokanal), hence the recipient of the income.

As it turned out, the founders of OOO "Municipal System of Ukraine" are another two LLCs – "Center for Community Development" and "Agency of the municipal economy." In their turn, the founder of each of them is the Company "Alvirandra Holding Limited", which is registered in Cyprus. That is, the typical offshore.

Further "digging" made no sense. Responsible management of the city was to consider whether they should hand over the fate of Uzhgorod and its citizens to an offshore company, which aims to leach money from Ukraine. It is irresponsible just to fall to the temptation, to lobby at any cost somebody’s cynical interest.
