“Pass the Fire of Victory” – Olympic baton started in Ukraine

Transcarpathian athletes solemnly lit the symbolic Olympic torch from the Eternal Fire on the Hill of Fame in Uzhgorod. More than 30 marathoners travelled and ran with it to the border of two regions: Transcarpathian and Lviv, where the solemn transfer of the Olympic torch relay took place.
