It was decided not to give Christmas gifts on 1000 hryvnia to Roma people

For adoption of a program ‘Roma population of Transcarpathia on years 2012-2015’ which provides more than 1 million hryvnia grant from the regional budget in support of Roma people members of the regional council voted today, July 13. However, one of the points was removed from the program, which was supposed to provid1.1 thousand hryvnia (!) to buy Christmas gifts for Roma children. Apparently, members do understand that this amount is hardly enough for kids even from one camp.
