Verkhovna Rada adopted the “language” bill in the second reading (VIDEO)

Verkhovna Rada adopted the "language" bill in the second reading.
248 Deputies voted for the bill.
After the voting, the member of Our Ukraine-People’s Self-Defense Bloc Lilia Grigorovich said: "They did this violating the rules and put their bullies and in the second reading adopted the languages Bill in the wording of the first reading".
MP from the Party of Regions Yaroslav Sukhoy, being asked by a journalist, "What’s it called?" replied, "Voting".
Responding to the comment that the voting went with violations, the deputy of the Regions said: "You won’t teach me how to vote. I was elected by the Party of Regions, not by you".
The voting took place in the first minutes of the plenary session. Prior to this, the deputies from the Party of Regions, who are usually involved in violent confrontations, had taken the place in the spot where the government usually sits.
Later, they prevented the deputies from the opposition to disrupt the vote. Despite the fact that the opposition pulled out the microphones in the Rada’s panel, the Deputy Speaker Adam Martyniuk started voting instead of Vladimir Lytvyn.

At the same time Lytvyn was absent at the meeting.

Before the beginning of the plenary session, the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov visited Verkhovna Rada.
