Lighting already works on the ‘Avangard’ stadium

A great amount of work was done at the Uzhgorod stadium ‘Avangard’ in a week.

The main thing is that the lighting works already. The Ternopil company ‘Vatra’ has already tested the lighting towers, which are ready for operation.

All the plastic chairs are removed already from the western stands and all the metal under them was cleaned by workers. Two additional platforms on the west stands are ready for video shootings another will be installed on the east stand.

New benches for coaches and reserve players will be done by the end of the week. They will be made from the transparent glass and will not close the view at the pitch.

The box for the press which is designed for 40 persons with special tables is almost ready.

Today the repairing works are held under the stands. The floor will be changed in the locker room for the guest teams, but in the locker room of our team the is floor being leveled. The furniture is already produced for these premises in Kiev, the special cases for players. The new gates will be set on the entrance arch of the stadium already on Friday.

As director of the field FT ‘Hoverla’ Anatolii Salai said: ‘The commission will visit again ‘Avangard’ by July 10 and inspect the performed works and it is more likely that they will allow hold home games at our stadium’.
