Prosecutor’s Office returned stolen from Lviv railway lands

An inspection on compliance with the land law requirements in the implementation of the DTGO ‘Lviv railroad’ territory’s use in Tiachiv district was conducted by the Transcarpathian transport Prosecutor’s Office. The law requirements’ violations were established in the land plot provision on the right of permanent ‘Karpaty’ farm use.

Thus, the land plot of 0,50 hectares from the ‘Lviv railway’ lands was given to ‘Karpaty’ farm on the permanent use in order to accommodate pre-rails warehouses. The decision was made by the Solotvyno City Council in 1998. At the same time ‘Lviv railway’ did not know about it. Prosecutor’s office sued for the illegal decision recognition and on the state act cancellation on the land plot worth more than 282 thousand hryvnia. Lawsuit is considered, the illegal decision was cancelled and the land plot was returned to the real landholder – informs the Transcarpathian region press service.
