Member of executive committee, chairman of regional department of UUIE Margaryta Moshchak got her car burnt

Last night, at around 3:30 a.m., two unidentified men torched a car parked in a private yard, owned by the famous in Uzhgorod restaurateur, a chairman of regional department of Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in Transcarpathian region, a member of the executive committee of Uzhgorod city council Margarita Moshchak.
 
 The cameras recorded two men who jumped over the fence into the yard, broke a window in a Jeep Toyota, poured in some patrol out of a five-liter bottle and threw a fuse into the car. The car burned almost instantly, and cannot be restored. The fire destroyed the terrace of the house too. If the family hadn’t reacted immediately and firefighters hadn’t come very quickly, the consequences would have been even more serious.
 
 On Friday night, there had already been one attempt to set Margarita Moshchak’s car to fire – one man jumped into the yard and put two bottles of gasoline onto the roof and got a fuse. Fortunately, the owners heard a noise and ran out just when the offender jumped into the yard and prevented him to bring his plan to an end. On the night of May 22 an unknown person tried to set fire to the terrace roof of the restaurant near Uzhgorod castle, owned by Margarita Moshchak. The attacker has not yet been found.
 
 P.S. Once again we repeat the question, which these days is sounded by many Transcarpathians, the media and at the session of the regional council, which had sent a corresponding appeal to the heads of law enforcement of the region: are we back to the rampant crime period and "lawlessness" of the 90s? Beating the Secretary of Uzhgorod city council Schadey Victor, a member of the regional council Chabo Peter, mining of the court, avoiding liability by Velyky Berezny murderers, criminal assaults, arsons – is there going to be an end to this?
