On May 24, the Office of Security Service of Ukraine (OSSU) in Transcarpathian region opened a criminal case under Art.258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (assassination attempt).
Under the resolution of the prosecutor of Transcarpathian region the investigative team has been formed out of the OSSU stuff and Ministry of Internal Affairs. The course of investigation is taken under control by the prosecutor of the region.
Around 11:00 a.m. the police received an anonymous message saying that the Transcarpathian District Administrative Court of Uzhgorod had been mined.
Evacuation was carried out, the streets were shut off, experts found the explosives – 200 grams of TNT and defused it, the press service of the prosecution office in Transcarpathian region informs.
